How to: Enter data in a cell.
Solution:
Click on the cell and type the data. Press TAB to go to the next cell in the same row or press ENTER to go to the next cell in the same column.
To type data:
1) Click in the cell where the data will be typed. (A border appears around the cell.)
2) Type the data.
3) Do one of the following:
a) Press TAB to enter the data and go to the next cell in the same row.
b) Press ENTER to enter the data and go to the next cell in the same column.
